Every image gets checked, including old and unused ones. Each receives a status: missing, generic, too short, duplicate, too long or correct.
ALT Quality Score
A single 0 to 100 number for the whole library, computed by deterministic rules and tracked over time. Useful for reports, before-and-after proof and client conversations.
Bulk editing
Filter by issue type and edit alt text inline, hundreds of images per sitting, without opening attachments one by one. You stay in control of every word.

From install to a clean library
Install from your dashboard
Go to Plugins, Add New, search for Filikod and activate. The audit runs on your existing library right away, nothing to configure first.
Read your score
The dashboard shows your ALT Quality Score and how issues split up: missing, generic, duplicate, too short or too long.
Fix in bulk
Filter by issue and edit inline. If you want a head start, optional generation drafts alt text from file names, locally, disabled by default and always subject to your review.
What it deliberately does not do
There is no paid AI layer. The optional generation works locally from file names, and no image ever leaves your server or reaches an external API.
Filikod also stays out of image compression and WebP conversion, and it never rewrites an alt text without your approval.
